If you have a general question about the RightMarket platform or are experiencing a technical issue,
please use the help button that is located at the bottom right of every page. This will go to a member
of our support team who will come back to you as soon as possible.

Making site changes – Adding/Updating/Removing Templates.

In order to request amends from our Professional Services team you will need to be an approved
member of your charity/organisation. To make a request, you will need to do so via our Service Desk.

Making changes to your subscription or other account queries.

If you would like to make changes to your subscription or discuss your account, in the
first instance please contact your allocated Customer Success Manager (CSM).

I am not sure who to contact.

If you are unsure who to contact. In the first instance please use the ‘Help’ function located at
the bottom right of every page. Our support team will review your query and direct it to the
correct member of the team.
