RightMarket Limited (“we”). We use certain sub-processors to assist in providing our services. A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by RightMarket, who has or potentially will have access to or process customer data (which may contain personal data). We engage different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained below.
Engaging new sub-processors
We will provide notice via this policy of updates to the list of sub-processors that are utilised or which we propose to utilise to deliver our services. We agree to keep this list updated regularly to enable our customers to stay informed of the scope of sub-processing associated with our services.
RightMarket customers can object in writing to the processing of its personal data by a new sub-processor within thirty (30) days after updating of this policy. Customers must describe its legitimate reasons to object. If no objections are raised during such time period, the new sub-processor(s) shall be deemed accepted. If you do not approve of a new sub-processor, then you may terminate any subscription for the affected service without penalty by providing, before the end of the relevant notice period, written notice of termination that includes an explanation of the grounds for non-approval. After termination, we will remove payment obligations for any subscriptions for the terminated service from subsequent invoices to you.
